Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of ScoreMySite (scoremysite.dev), operated by Caleb Gross. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use ScoreMySite.

The service

ScoreMySite uses AI to analyze publicly available landing pages and produce conversion and design scores, plus optional in-depth reviews. Scores and reviews are automated opinions meant to help you improve your page. They aren't guarantees of results, and they may contain mistakes.

Acceptable use

• Only submit URLs of publicly accessible pages.
• Don't abuse, overload, scrape, or try to break the service or its limits.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass or mislead others.

Paid reviews

In-depth reviews are a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. Launch pricing may change at any time as spots fill up. If your review fails to arrive, email us and we'll resend it or refund you. Because each review is generated specifically for you, other refunds are at our discretion.

Public content

When you add your site to the leaderboard, its score, title, and analysis become public. We may also publish scores and reviews of publicly available websites. If you own a site and want it removed, email us and we'll take it down.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your website. The ScoreMySite name, design, and software belong to us. You may freely use the reviews you receive and share your scores, including the share images.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Caleb Gross isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on a score or review. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms or change the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
